Session 4:

Building a Corporate Memory Using Artificial Intelligence
September 20         $99
12-1pm CDT plus an optional 1/2 hour Q&A session from 1-1:30pm CDT

in which you can ask Roger for advice on your specific design questions

People are smart; they recall relevant prior experiences just in time to help them work through new experiences. Companies, on the other hand, are not so smart! They do not remember their employees’ collective experiences just in time so as to help them make fast decisions based on a collective prior experience. Building a corporate memory by using well indexed stories is one of the critical ways companies can fix this problem.
